How does it all work?
Book a cart with ease via our website. Simply select your offering, the number of serves you require (30, 60 or 90), the cart colour and date and time of your event. All of our carts include 2 hour service as standard.
Your cart server will arrive one hour prior to your selected service time to set up, and will pack down after service concludes.
Our cart couriers will deliver and collect your cart/s the day of your event.
What if I want more than 90 serves?
No problem! You can book multiple carts for the same event if you require additional serves.
What are the cart dimensions?
Our carts are 800mmx1100mm. They are designed to fit through a standard sized doorway. Please advise us in your booking notes if your doorways are narrower than these measurements.
How long is service?
Our standard service time is two hours.
What areas do you service?
We service Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane. If you live within 30km radius of the cbd there are no additional delivery charges. Live outside this range? We can come to you for a small additional fee. T&Cs apply.
Can my service go for longer?
Our current standard service time is two hours. We don't currently offer additional service windows.
What if I run out of food?
We bring an extra 10% of your ordered serves as an emergency buffer.
How does the cart arrive?
Our cart couriers deliver and collect our Cartiboy carts in vans. Please let us know of any access requirements or specifics at the time of booking.
Can I brand the cart?
We don't currently offer this service.
