Book a cart with ease via our website’s booking platform. Simply select your cart of choice, choose your food or beverage of choice, and follow the prompts on screen to confirm your booking details. You will receive a confirmation email once your booking has been accepted.

Our drivers will deliver and collect your cart/s within a 3 hour window of your events start and end time.

Our Cartiboy server will arrive one hour prior to your selected service time to set up, serve and pack down after service concludes.

Yes. Cartiboy is designed for brand activations, product launches, corporate events,private functions, celebrations, and more.

Yes. Branding is applied during the checkout process. You can upload your artwork directly to the cart/packaging, customise the size and placement and see how it will look in real time.

All bookings are a 2 hour standard service.

Our carts are 800mmx1100mm. They are designed to fit through a standard sized doorway.

Our Cartiboy drivers deliver and collect our carts in our vans. They require a 3m height access. Our carts are assembled on site at delivery.

Any access limitations must be noted in your booking when prompted.

Yes. We require access to two standard power points within close proximity to the cart location. If power is not available, please select our generator add-on during the booking process.

Cartiboy currently operates in Sydney, servicing locations within a 30km radius of the Sydney CBD. Outside this range? We may still be able to come to you for an additional fee. Please contact us via our contact form to enquire. T&Cs apply.

Yes. Each booking includes a trained Cartiboy server who will set up, serve during your booking and pack down after service concludes.

Bookings must be made at least 7 days prior to your event date. For last-minute enquiries, please contact us via our contact form and we’ll let you know what’s possible.
