Terms of Service
Welcome to Cartiboy. This website (the "Site") is owned and operated by Woofys Grill Pty Ltd (ABN 82 160 390 205) (“Cartiboy”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing or using our Site, placing an order, or booking an event with us, you (“the Client”, “you”, or “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”) and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use this Site or book our services.
Services: Cartiboy provides mobile food, beverage, and experiential cart hire services including delivery, set-up, pack-down, premium produce, and server staffing for private, corporate, and brand events.
Agreement: These Terms apply to all users of the Site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/or contributors of content.
Full Payment Upfront: To lock in your requested event date, time, and equipment, 100% of the total payment is due upon booking acceptance via the Site. No dates or equipment will be reserved or held until full payment is successfully processed.
Payment Methods: Payments must be made online via credit card.
Changes to Bookings: Standard pricing is based on the specific details chosen at booking. If event times or days change, staff rates will be updated accordingly. Changes made after booking will incur additional charges.
Cancellation Policy: Because produce is ordered and staff are scheduled specifically for your event, cancellations must be made in accordance with the specific timelines provided during checkout or within your booking confirmation. Cartiboy reserves the right to retain a portion or the entirety of the payment if cancellations occur 14 days prior to the event.
Cartiboy does not provide a refund in the event of bad weather. It is the responsibility of the Client to make wet-weather plans for the event date booked in. These alternate plans must be communicated to Catiboy at least 3 working days prior to the event.
Event Details: All event contact details, timelines, bump-in/bump-out directions, and venue contact persons must be provided to Cartiboy at booking.
Standard Service & Set-up: A minimum service window charge of two (2) hours applies, which includes an additional one (1) hour for bump-in and (1) hour for pack-down setup. Our cart servers will arrive approximately one hour prior to your selected service time to set up.
Venue Access Requirements: Our Cart Couriers transport the equipment in commercial vans. The Client is responsible for ensuring the venue has adequate access and parking. Our van’s require a 3m height clearance. Cartiboy carts are designed to fit through standard doorways (800mm x 1100mm). You must advise us in your booking notes if your venue doorways or walkways are narrower or have specialized access limitations.
Venue Location: If the Event is in a public area that is not a private residence or hired function venue, the Client shall ensure it obtains permission from the relevant authority to set up the Event in that area. Cartiboy will not provide a refund if the Client does not obtain permission.
Standard Delivery: Free delivery and collection are provided for events located within a 30km radius of the Central Business District (CBD) of Sydney.
Notification: We do not stock dietary-specific provisions unless notified in advance.
Allergen Disclaimer: While Cartiboy exercises strict commercial diligence to minimise cross-contamination during food preparation and service, we cannot guarantee that cross-contamination will not occur. Food items are prepared in commercial facilities where common allergens are present—including meat, wheat/gluten, milk, eggs, peanuts, tree nuts, sesame seeds, fish, shellfish, soy, lupin, and added sulphites. Clients with severe allergies consume items at their own risk.
Cart Damage & Modification: Clients are strictly prohibited from applying external branding, vinyl wraps, adhesives, or decals directly to the carts. Standard carts must not be modified, as adhesives cause physical damage to the materials. If there are any damages to Cartiboy equipment, these will be passed onto the Client, with a 10% handling fee.
